L.A. judge to decide on Terrence Howard divorce settlement

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Thomas Trent Lewis said on Monday, August 17 that it will take him a week to decide whether to allow actor Terrence Howard to set aside a divorce settlement that will entitle Howard’s second ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, to spousal support and a share of Howard’s professional earnings.

During the trial, Ghent’s attorney questioned Howard regarding allegations of domestic violence towards Ghent, dating back as far as 15 years ago.

Howard is contending that the 2012 divorce agreement he signed with Ghent should be found void because he was being blackmailed by Ghent, as she allegedly threatened to reveal personal information about him to the press.
