Texas student busted for driving while drunk
A student at Texas A&M University was recently arrested by local authorities because she was driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, an article of Time reported on October 28.
According to reports, 19-year-old Miranda Kay Rader was driving on October 26 when she struck a parked police car. Information coming from police revealed the incident happened as Rader was sending a Snapchat photo to her boyfriend, presumably while topless. The officer noted that Rader was putting her clothes back on and her bra was undone. The officer also saw a container of an alcoholic beverage inside her vehicle. Rader was discharged from custody after posting a $2,000 bond.
