Dennis Quaid’s wife files for divorce again
Real estate broker Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, who is 62-year-old actor Dennis William Quaid’s wife of 12 years, filed divorce from him for the second time on Tuesday, June 28 in Los Angeles, California. Quaid had been filming the second season of the television series he stars in, “The Art of More,” in Vancouver, Canada when Buffington-Quaid filed the divorce petition.
Entertainment news network TMZ sources said the division of assets has already been finalized. Quaid and Buffington-Quaid also plan to share custody of their eight-year-old twins, Zoe and Thomas. In a joint statement obtained by TMZ, the couple said: “After careful consideration, we have decided to end our 12-year marriage. The decision was made amicably and with mutual respect toward one another. We will always remain great friends and devoted partners in raising our children.”
Buffington-Quaid first filed divorce from Quaid in 2012, saying their marriage had become “insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities”.
